Renovation

A second life for a building you already own

Remodel an ageing elevation, add a floor, or replan the inside of a house that no longer suits the family living in it.

Before & after

Drag the handle to compare

We show every renovation this way before work starts — the existing elevation against the proposed one, so you can see exactly what changes.

What we do

Five kinds of renovation work

Every renovation starts with a structural check. We will not add load to a frame that cannot take it.

Elevation remodelling

A new front for an existing house — openings, projections, cladding, railings and paint, designed and rendered before work starts.

Floor addition

Adding a floor on an existing building, only after checking the existing columns and footings can carry it.

Internal replanning

Reworking room layout, kitchen and toilets as a family's needs change — with the load-bearing walls identified first.

Structural strengthening

Column jacketing, beam strengthening and repair where the existing structure needs help before anything is added.

Finishing upgrade

Flooring, plaster, paint, doors, windows, electrical and sanitary fit-out brought up to current standard.

Drawings for renovation

Measured drawings of what exists today, then the proposed set — so the site knows what stays and what goes.
